I want to compliment Patrizia and her staff for the professionalism and, above all, the heart they put into their work. I chose my wedding dress from them... it was love at first sight!
The atelier is very welcoming: Patrizia and Veronica greeted us with enthusiasm. I tried on several dresses, but in the end, I chose the one I had seen on the website! It was a unique emotion.
Moreover, Patrizia is always attentive to listening. I really appreciated the introductory video call we had before the appointment, which allowed her to better understand my tastes. For this reason, I would recommend the atelier to other future brides, because of her way of working with heart to create the dress we've always dreamed of since we were little.
The book with 300 tips that she gave me was also very helpful! It helped me clear up many doubts (from how to walk, to how to hold the bouquet, to how to get in the car, and what to bring as an emergency kit...). Additionally, at an event she organized, she gifted me a hand cream that is truly exceptional! It doesn’t leave an oily residue, and, above all, it’s effective after just a few applications, leaving your hands soft and hydrated! I highly recommend it! The foot cream is also excellent, and I also got the robe with glitter lettering from her, as well as the wedding shoes, which were quite comfortable.
What can I say—I’m very happy and satisfied to have embarked on this wonderful journey with her and her staff, and I can’t wait to wear the dress again at her event to share my story in person... Yes, we get the chance to wear the dress a second time! #waitingfornovember2024
